Where can I find information on exhibiting?
ANSWER
You can download the exhibiting information such as brochure, the floor plan indicating the latest space availability, shell scheme packages and the space contract form for free of charge by registering at Exhibiting Information Request or Exhibiting Information Download at each show’s official website. Please check the official website of each exhibition here.
QUESTION
I would like to have a meeting with show staffs to discuss exhibiting.  How can I do that?
ANSWER
Please contact Show Management by e-mail which listed  at the bottom of the show official website.  Show Management staff is happy to assist you. Please click here to check the website of each exhibition.
QUESTION
I would like to know the deadline to book our space.
ANSWER
Basically, we don’t set the exact deadline for space booking.  As long as we have space, we accept the application. Please note that some exhibitions are fully booked at a very early stage.  Please contact Show Management of each exhibition for details.
QUESTION
Is there any screening process for exhibiting?
ANSWER
There is no screening process if you have appropriate products/technology/services for the show.   Please check ‘To Exhibit’ page on the official website of each exhibition.

This is our first time to join a show in Japan.  I am worried about preparations.
ANSWER
We have a special team - Exhibitor Success Team who help exhibitors’ preparation.  If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact us.  We are happy to help you.

What is the basic schedule for exhibiting?
ANSWER
The basic schedule is as follows.
-    【Application & Booth Location Choice】Booth location is allocated on a first come first served.
-    【4-3.5 months prior to the show】Exhibitor Website will open.
-    【3 months prior to the show】Register exhibitng information on Exhibitor Website.
-    【2 months prior to the show】Consider booth design and construction.  If you would like to use “Rental Display System”, please register by 1.5 months prior to the show on Exhibitor Website.
-    【Until the show dates】Promotion to your existing/potential customers and arrange onsite appointments.
-    【2 days and 1 day before the show】Move-in days when you set up your booth and display your products at your booth.

Can I choose our booth location?
ANSWER
Yes.  Space allocation is first come first served.
QUESTION
Can we order our stand constriction?
ANSWER
We don’t provide offer stand construction service, but we can introduce you several stand construction companies.  We also offer “Rental Display System” which includes shell scheme and basic equipment/furniture.

How should we promote our participation?
ANSWER
Please announce your participation in your company’s website, SNS and news release. We also recommend you to inform your existing/potential customers by newsletters and put the information on your business cards or e-mail signature.

Can I distribute leaflets and samples onsite?
ANSWER
Yes, you can.  However, please note that you can do that inside your booth.
QUESTION
Can I organize a seminar to introduce our products onsite?
ANSWER
Exhibitors’ Presentation Venue are available for some exhibitions.  Please contact Show Management for details.  You can hold seminars in your booth.
QUESTION
Where can I find the floor map?
ANSWER
A floor map with exhibitors’ names and locations on will be uploaded on show official website one or two weeks before the show.
QUESTION
I would like to know who will exhibit and what kind of products will be showcased in advance.
ANSWER
You can search and check exhibitors and their products at “Exhibitor Directory” on our show official website.  The information will be made available approximately two months before the show.
QUESTION
Is it permitted to take photos in the exhibition hall?
ANSWER
You can take photos of your own booth.  Please note that visitors have portrait rights and take care of them.  Taking photographs of other areas is not permitted except for the press.  Pre-registration is required for the press.

How can I make press registration?
ANSWER
Pre-registration is required.  Please register via press information on the official show websites. For interviews with exhibitors, please contact them directly in advance.
